A recipe checklist is for any baker who is creating signature or first time recipes. This is a listing of everything that goes into a recipe and the little things you need to remember. For example, you may know that a “small can” of pineapple goes into your carrot bread, but what is a “small can?” Is it 4 ounces, 3 ounces, did you measure it? These apparently trivial bits of information are key to producing a consistently great product.
