Have you noticed that there is a new shift away from many of the nationally-known brand products toward private label products. Campbell’s soup has had to give up its shelf space to a number of private labels. If you shop at any major grocery store, Kroger, Publics, Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Farmer Jack, Piggy Wiggly, Walmart, Kmart, Super Target, you may have already seen how private labels are creeping up on the shelves where name brand products laid dominate.
