Everybody loves pies, right? Is it possible they have an image problem? Could it be most commercially made pies are so full of chemicals that reading the ingredient label brings about all sorts of red flags. It amazes me why bakeries or manufacturers’ need to put all that crap in pies. What’s with that? Oh, perhaps it’s preservation of the product for the next two years.
