When you see this image or hear the slogan “Can You Hear Me Now? Good.” you automatically know what company is being represented. That’s the basis behind branding. Your bakery brand is how customers will remember you in the future and recognize your bakery in any situation. Once you’ve built that brand you must protect it. There’s nothing worse than having a very recognizable brand only to have that brand get a bad reputation.

I thought I would combine two of my favorite passions – cake decorating and photography. I thought this would be an especially useful topic for home-based bakers.
